Zürich round one

Currently spending my first full day in Zürich, Switzerland! We currently have walked around the city for a total of 8 hours...my feet are not feeling it. How do Europeans do it?! They walk around everywhere, and most women in some type of heel. 

We did a ton of cool stuff today but I'm not feeling imaginative writing wise.  There were two main churches we saw- the Grossmünster and the Fraumünster (shown below in that order). 

We also walked along Lake Zürich, the water body you see above, and there are tons of cool shops and things to look at along the way, including the Alps in the distance. 

We also went to a garden with tons of gorgeous tulips and wisteria on arches.

Update: ate my first real Swiss meal- cheese fondue! It was delicious and I feel at least 5 pounds heavier if not more. Going to Kilchberg tomorrow and then Lucerne!!
